The evenko foundation for emerging talent expands its reach to youth with the Fondation Arts-Études

The evenko foundation for the emerging talent is pleased to announce the merger of its operations with those of Arts-Studies Foundation, and thus significantly increase its work with young Montrealers. In just five years, the Arts-Education Foundation was able to gain support from business and reap almost $ 2 million to encourage high school students to stay in school and graduate.

Through this association, the foundation for the emerging talent evenko ensure the sustainability of the Arts-Études program that welcomes this year, nearly 250 young people. The program includes music lessons, singing and visual arts offered to schools and community organizations dedicated to student retention. In addition, the Show of Success, the annual fundraising activity conducted among the business community, will continue to fund the Arts-Études program and recognize the progress of young people participating in the program.

To ensure a successful transition, Mr. Vincent will join the board of the foundation evenko. In addition, Anne-Marie Hubert, who will succeed Mr. Vincent at EY on his departure in June in retirement, will act as honorary co-president of the 2016 edition of the Success Show with Jacques Aubé, Vice -President Executive and Chief Operating evenko.

Since the creation of Arts-Études and Show of Success program in 2010, twenty artists have combined their talents to the cause, including Paul Piché, Michel Rivard, Luce Dufault, France Love and Robert Charlebois, who accepted the role of pivot artist with young participants. The next edition of the Success Show will be held next May 4 at Théâtre Maisonneuve of Place des Arts
