A new electronic system linking 24 pianos was offered to the students of Le Plateau elementary school with artist Florence K

The evenko foundation Supports Once More the Le Plateau Elementary School in Montreal.

Last year, artist Mara Tremblay visited the school where her musical career started. As the evenko foundation was about to give the Le Plateau school violins and cellos to provide a full class of strings, Mrs Tremblay explained to us how the school's intensive musical program changed her life. She was more than happy to join the foundation and give the instruments to the kids.

This year, a class of 24 young pianists has benefited from the evenko foundation's support. It has provided them with a high performance electronic system that allows the teacher to listen to one or more pianos at a time and to give her students advice directly to their headphones.

Artist Florence K was also with the foundation to chat with the students, share her career experience as a musician and inspire them. Before leaving the class, Florence K added that the foundation would also give the students two keyboards to use whenever they would give public performances.
